Coengagement of LFA-1 and 2B4 led to an increase in Vav1 phosphorylation, as compared with that obtained by engagement of LFA-1 alone (Fig. 3 A). Therefore, signals through LFA-1 but not 2B4 lead to a phosphorylation of Vav1 which can be enhanced by 2B4 signals
