PLCG2-deficient NK cells avd VAV1-deficient NK cells displayed a partial reduction of conjugate formationwith target tumor cells probably via regulation of Ca2+ fluxes,
because a chelator of intracellular Ca2+ also provokes a partial reduction of conjugate formation.
