Cdc42-interacting protein-4 (CIP4) - TRIP10 is able to associate with Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein (WASp) and the actin filament-rich IS.
WASP is needful for TRIP10 activation. CIP4 in NK provides cell cytotoxicity and MTOC polarization but not F-actin accumulation.
TRIP10 (CIP4) functions downstream of Cdc42 to induce MTOC polarization to the IS and cytotoxicity.
