IRF4 is a target of MIR125B1, inhibition of IRF4 by MIR125B1
resulted in increased surface expression of MHC II, CD40, CD86,
CD80 and IFNGR.
MIR125B potentiate response to IFNG, probably via
induction of IFNGR surface expression
and induces tumoricidal activity of macrophages.
