T-Bet induces HLX in T cells, and probably in NK cells.
GATA-3-deficient NK cells produced less IFN-?? compared to control NK cells.
T-bet expression was approximately 4-fold reduced in GATA-3?? NK cells compared to controls, while Hlx expression was about 10-fold reduced (provavly via T-bet).
