B7H6 (NCR3LG) is a Nkp30 ligand.It is selectively expressed on tumor cells. Interaction of B7H6 with NKp30 (NCR3) results in natural killer (NK) cell activation and cytotoxicity.
Downregulation of the activating NKp30 ligand B7-H6 by HDAC inhibitors impairs tumor cell recognition by NK cells.
