S_CC_PHASE

MAP:DNA_REPAIR/MODULE:S_CC_PHASE map
During the S phase DNA replication occurs. The replication is often associated with errors and single and double breaks of DNA, therefore DNA repair machinery is very efficient during this phase. The double strand breaks can be repeated among others also by accurate HR pathway. The stalled replication fork is resolved by
HR and Fanconi pathways or by passed by TLS pathway.
