After stimulation by TGFB, TGFBR2 is redistributed to the tight junctions, where it localizes with both TGFBR1 and ZO-1.
Active TGFBR2 recruited to TIGHT_JUNCTIONS phosphorylates PARD6A on Serine residue S345 and it also phosphorylates TGFBR1
Once phosphorylated by TGFBR2, both TGFBR1 and PARD6A become active
